    • A unique collaboration between Stuart and Cameron Watkins, blending Stuart’s expertise in Yoga and Tantra with Cam’s scientific depth and intelligent movement practices. 

    •  Live soundscapes by Matthew Hatch, creating a deeply immersive and transformative atmosphere. 

    •  Practices including asana, pranayama, satsang, meditation, intuitive movement, stillness, ecstatic dance, and ice bath/sauna therapy.

    12–3pm: Session 1 - Tantric Hatha Yoga with Stuart

    3–4:30pm: Break 

    4:30–7:30pm: Session 2 - Spinal Flow with Cam 


    SUNDAY

    11am–1pm: Ice Baths/Sauna, Sound Healing, and Pranayama 

    1–2pm: Break 

    2–4pm: Spinal Flow with Cam and Meditation with Stuart
